Sarah is the Vice President of Value Creation in Amulet’s Portfolio Resource Group.
Sarah joins us from United Vein & Vascular Centers, an Amulet portfolio company, where she served as Vice President of Insights & Execution. Prior to this role, Sarah most recently served as Executive Director at CVS Health, where a role was created for her to drive performance management, workforce management & operational analytics across their Retail Health portfolio. She also served as Director of Measurement & Analytics for CVS Health’s Home Health & Kidney Care businesses before her transition to Retail Health. Prior to CVS Health, Sarah held various leadership roles across operations, finance, and HR at DaVita Kidney Care. In her years at DaVita, Sarah oversaw a $1B operating P&L, designed a Career Ladders program for all front-line colleagues, and implemented a new labor management strategy that was scaled nationwide.
