- Actively managing governance risks at our Firm and Investments
- Conducting pre-investment ESG diligence
- Ongoing portfolio company ESG monitoring and performance measurement

- Evaluating healthcare subsectors based on a standardized set of ESG factors
- Screening for quality and healthcare value delivered
Invest
- Utilizing an ESG screening tool in the early stages of diligence assessment
- Partnering with a specialist ESG advisor to provide a final diligence study and assessment
Build
- Bringing an awareness of ESG factors and opportunities to each investment management team at the time of Amulet’s initial investment
- Implementing quarterly portfolio reporting at the Board level on ESG KPIs specific to each investment
