Carl Zimmerman is a Partner at Amulet Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Amulet, Mr. Zimmerman served as interim Chief Operating Officer for Children’s Choice Pediatric Dental Care, a leading dental support organization in California and a portfolio company of Amulet. Prior to Children’s Choice, Mr. Zimmerman served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Principium Health, an in-home complex care management company serving high-risk Medicare Advantage beneficiaries under value-based reimbursement arrangements. Mr. Zimmerman co-founded Principium Health as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CenseoHealth (n/k/a Signify Health), the nation’s leading provider of in-home health risk assessments to managed care plan members, where he served as Vice President, Corporate Development.
Prior to his operating roles in healthcare services, Mr. Zimmerman was a Vice President at Health Evolution Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on growth equity and buyout investments in the healthcare industry. He also served as an investment associate at Behrman Capital, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on investments in healthcare services. Mr. Zimmerman began his career in the technology investment banking group at Morgan Stanley.
