Greenwich, CT – January 12, 2021 – Amulet Capital Partners, LP (“Amulet”), a middle-market private equity investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, today announced the promotions of three professionals, effective January 1, 2021.

Avi Uttamchandani has been promoted to Principal. Avi joined Amulet in 2016 as a Senior Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2017. His board and investment experience at Amulet includes SSI Strategy, Open Health and Synteract (acquired by Syneos Health.) Prior to Amulet, Avi worked for LLR Partners and BMO Capital Markets. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh University.
Carl Zimmerman has been promoted to Principal. Carl joined Amulet in 2019 as a Vice President. His board and investment experience at Amulet includes U.S. Fertility and Children’s Choice. Prior to Amulet, Carl was the chief operating officer at Children’s Choice and Principium Health, as an investment professional for Health Evolution Partners and Behrman Capital and began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
Trisha Creta has been promoted to Chief Compliance Officer. Trisha joined Amulet in 2015 as the Director of Finance and Operations. Prior to Amulet, Trisha worked at JMI Equity and JLL Partners. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and is finishing her MBA in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
