Ramsey Frank

Ramsey Frank is CEO and Co-Founder of Amulet Capital Partners.

Prior to founding Amulet, Mr. Frank was a Senior Managing Director at JLL Partners, where he played a leadership role on the investment team and served as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. While at JLL, he focused primarily on the healthcare sector, with representative investments including AdvancePCS, Inc., Medical Card System, Inc. (“Medical Card System”), Patheon, Inc. (“Patheon”), and PharmaNet Development Group, Inc. (“PharmaNet”).

Prior to JLL, Mr. Frank served as a Managing Director at DLJ, where he headed the Restructuring Group and was a senior member of the Leveraged Finance Group. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at Smith Barney & Co., and before that, a Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Mr. Frank holds an MBA with high honors from The University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from Indiana University.
