Carl Zimmerman

Carl Zimmerman is a Partner at Amulet Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Amulet, Mr. Zimmerman served as Interim Chief Operating Officer at Children’s Choice Pediatric Dental Care, a leading dental support organization in California and an Amulet portfolio company. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Principium Health, an in-home complex care management company serving high-risk Medicare Advantage beneficiaries under value-based reimbursement arrangements. Mr. Zimmerman co-founded Principium Health as a subsidiary of CenseoHealth (now Signify Health), where he also served as Vice President of Corporate Development.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Zimmerman was a Vice President at Health Evolution Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on growth equity and buyout investments in healthcare, and an Investment Associate at Behrman Capital. He began his career in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Zimmerman holds a BSBA with high honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
