Tom Taylor

Tom Taylor is the General Manager of Amulet's Portfolio Resource Group ("PRG").

Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Taylor was a consulting partner with EY, BCG, and Oliver Wyman from 2012 to 2022, advising private equity clients on operational diligence, portfolio value creation, and sell-side support. During this time, he launched several practices that delivered differentiated service capabilities to clients.

Mr. Taylor was a Managing Director and Operating Partner at JLL Partners, where he led value creation initiatives and management development for portfolio companies, primarily in healthcare. He worked closely with Ramsey Frank and Jay Rose on investments including Medical Card System, Patheon, and PharmaNet Development Group, and served as a board member and committee chair for several companies.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Taylor served as CFO and CEO of two portfolio companies backed by private equity sponsors and held financial management roles at Kraft Foods.

Mr. Taylor holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, where he was class valedictorian and a BS in Accounting from Miami University.
