As healthcare investors, we focus on what’s both financially material and operationally real—quality and access to care, workforce health and safety, data security, and strong governance. Amulet became a UN PRI signatory in 2023, launched a firm-level Sustainability Committee in 2024, joined the EDCI, adopted Novata for portfolio data, and began measuring firm and portfolio carbon footprints. ESG training and reporting are now embedded throughout our investment lifecycle.
How We Govern
Amulet’s Sustainability Committee is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the Firm’s ESG program across all investment and operational activities. The Committee oversees ESG integration, monitoring, and reporting throughout the investment lifecycle.
We engage third-party ESG specialists as needed to ensure risks and opportunities are appropriately addressed and that portfolio companies are supported in advancing their own sustainability initiatives.
