Adam Grossman

Adam Grossman is a Partner at Amulet Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Amulet, Mr. Grossman was a Partner on the Services Team at Deerfield Management, where he led investments across provider services, payor services, and technology-enabled healthcare platforms, with a particular focus on structured transactions such as Vanova Health. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Operations at The Advisory Board Company, where he led the team responsible for strategic acquisitions, including Clinovations, and helped expand the company’s capabilities across data, analytics, and workflow solutions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Grossman was a Principal at Health Evolution Partners, where he originated and led select middle-market healthcare investments in services and technology-enabled businesses, including CambridgeSoft. He also held a corporate strategy role at Aetna, where he later founded and served as Managing Director of Aetna Ventures, establishing the company’s corporate venture investment platform and invested in companies such as Best Doctors. Mr. Grossman began his career as a member of the founding team at PrincipalCare, a physician practice management company, and was also a Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Grossman holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
